Air Freight - Volumetric Weight Calculator
It is an international cargo convention to charge on the weight or volume, whichever is greater.
For instance; a bag of feathers would take up a great deal of space in an aircraft cargo hold, but due to their light weight, the
airline would earn little revenue from their carriage if charged solely on the actual weight.
